Michael Vick's comeback story is finally complete.
CNBC reports that Nike, which cut ties with Vick in 2007 after he admitted to his involvement in an illegal dogfighting ring, has re-signed the Philadelphia Eagles' quarterback.
"Michael acknowledges his past mistakes," Nike spokesman Derek Kent told CNBC. "We do not condone those actions, but we support the positive changes he has made to better himself off the field."
Joel Segal, Vick's agent, told CNBC that "Michael is excited to have a long-term and strong relationship with Nike."
