People know the dangers of texting and driving but they ignore it and face many problems. Cathy Cruz Marrero falls in fountain inside the Berkshire Mall in Reading, Pennsylvania when she was texting while walking. She suddenly fell down head-over-heels into a water fountain and wet thoroughly. The surveillance video system of the mall captured this accident. This video is posted on youtube, where it has been observed approximately 2 million times.

A legal representative has been hired by 49 year old Cruz Marrero who works in the mall. Cruz Marrero was not hurt physically but her hurt is the disgrace as the video has been put online. She said many people saw the video and laughed at her so she embarrassed and cried for days. She also agreed that texting while walking is really dangerous.

Cruz Marrero said that the video was not very funny and she plans to take the mall in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania to court after blaming her employees for laughing in place of helping her out of the water. Her legal representative, James M. Polyak of Reading plans to conduct an investigation into what happened.

She told the Reading Eagle, "I don't think security was professional because they didn't send anyone to check on me until 20 minutes later and I had already left." Polyak said, “We are troubled by the fact that anyone at the Berkshire Mall responsible for releasing this video would find humor in an employee injured on the premises,” and “We intend to hold the appropriate persons responsible. No one from that security office came to her aid in a timely manner.”
